i took miss kim - slightly groggy from her flight from san francisco - to the S & M Cafe in islington for a little bit of english tradition: no, not anything kinky, just bangers & mash. kim requested the services of an english -american translator for these menu items: bubble & squeak, mash and blood pudding. next time i'm ordering the "giggly pig" bacon sandwich, as cruelly cannibalistic as it seems.
