thanksgiving day felt strange - in my head it was a holiday, but the workload wasn't holiday-friendly!

beth and dan hosted a thanksgiving dinner at their house up the road: turkey, stuffing cooked two ways, butternut squash, dan's famous midnight roasted red pepper soup and beth's famous homemade ginger cheesecake. delish!
