la taqueria

it was cindy & elliot's last night in london (sniffle) - they're heading back to nyc for 6 months - so we had one last fiesta. i made carnitas, salsa verde, mexican rice and pinto beans with bacon and chorizo while cindy & esther made pico de gallo and guacamole, as well fresh corn tortillas. OLE!
