cindy and i went to the reindeer for food & drinks: plump, briny oysters; a foie gras & date terrine; grilled breast of goose with cranberry, leeks, prunes and lardons; buttery new potatoes, and cindy had a champagne and wild mushroom risotto. no room left for the puds!

my favorite, however, was the reindeer martini: ketel citron vodka and elderflower. fresh and festive.

it's christmas party time in london, and diners were in tuxes with christmas cracker crowns on their heads. a funny sight considering we were in an installation restaurant BUILT INSIDE A PARKING LOT IN SHOREDITCH.
