i love this snapshot of jolie. she looks like the ultimate arctic circle diva - she's probably the most sophisticated laplander around.
the entire wall behind her is made of ice blocks and there were little round furs to sit on. the twigs and flowers caught, frozen, in the ice blocks reminded dominique of the day her new stepdad won her over: he froze a few buds of flowers between two bowls and then served the magical, flowery icicle bowl to her with a mound of ice cream inside.
everybody inside the bar was giddy like a kid - partly, i think, from the novelty of all wearing the same furry capes (i want one!) and feeling like you were inside an igloo.
