even the women get dressed up... but the men generally don't. there's something slightly disconcerting about seeing women decked out head to toe in frills accompanied by a joe schmoe in jeans and loafers. at least this guy tried to color-coordinate.
but there were indeed some dashing caballos, and look, the horses get dressed up, too. ole!
