mark morris' grand duo
seeing mark morris in london made me realize just how american he is - and how fresh, lively and inventive american choreographers really are. he's humorous as well - a welcome quality in a choreographer - and i love that the troupe comes in all shapes, sizes and ethnicities.
i saw four pieces: the very americana "Somebody’s Coming to See Me Tonight," "All Fours," the hilarious "The 'Tamil Film Songs in Stereo' Pas de Deux," and "Grand Duo."
