rio nervion


the river nervion

so far i have consumed 16 types of pinxtos in my own gluttinous version of barhopping. so far my favorite is bacalao al pil pil, salted cod - "muy tipico," the waiter said. i've also had txipirones en su tinta (tiny squid in its own black ink) - delicious, with the thick, black sauce sopped up with bread. this truly is the best way to eat.
